07:15 Coach collects party from Botanical Gardens, Clarkehouse Road

12:05 Check in at London Gatwick Airport for EasyJet flight EZY5053

14:05 Depart London Gatwick (South Terminal)

16:50 Arrive at Montpellier Airport

17:00 (approx.) Students will be collected by their host families at Montpellier Airport

19:00 First meal in evening with families

Monday 16 February

08:00 Breakfast with host families. Host families accompany students to LSF

09:00-12:30 French lessons at LSF (break at 10:30-11:00)

12:30 Packed lunch at school

14:00-16:00 Guided walking tour of Montpellier. Free time to visit café and discuss lessons

19:00 Return to host family for evening meal

Tuesday 17 February

08:00 Breakfast with host families. Walk or take public transport to LSF

09:00-12:30 French lessons at LSF (break at 10:30-11:00)

12:30 Packed lunch at school

13:30 Take tram to the Odysseum

14:00-16:00 Tenpin Bowling

19:00 Return to host family for evening meal

Wednesday 18 February

08:00 Breakfast with host families. Walk or take public transport to LSF

09:00-12:30 French lessons at LSF (break at 10:30-11:00)

12:30 Packed lunch at school

13:15 Meet coach at Gare Routière, Rue du Grand St Jean

13:30-19:00 Excursion to Nîmes

19:00 Return to host family for evening meal

Thursday 19 February

08:00 Breakfast with host families. Walk or take public transport to LSF (take luggage to school)

09:00-12:30 French lessons at LSF Montpellier (break at 10:30-11:00)

12:30 Packed lunch at school

15:15 Check in at Montpellier Airport for EasyJet flight EZY5054

17:15 Depart Montpellier Airport

18:05 Arrive London Gatwick (South Terminal) then coach transfer to Sheffield High School.

23:00 (approx.) Coach arrives at the Botanical Gardens
